Physical Rehab
Krux Fitness offers in-house access to Wellspring Health, giving members seamless, coordinated care under one roof. The ARISE team provides personalized Athletic Training, Recovery, Injury Prevention, Sports Medicine, and Performance Enhancement, taking the time to understand each individual’s rehabilitation and recovery goals.
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy at Krux Fitness supports recovery, relaxation, and overall wellness. Our skilled therapists use a range of techniques to improve mobility and promote healing. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, boosting athletic performance, or seeking stress relief, we provide personalized care to help you feel your best.
With over 80+ pieces of equipment, we have SOMETHING for EVERYONE:
Hoist circuit, Cybex circuit, Life Fitness, Science Fit rehab mobility, treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers, step mills, recumbent bikes, upright cycles, functional training equipment, free weights, heavy bags, and MORE!
(yes... even a towel service!)
